K\u00f6zben pedig (2007 \u00f3ta) nemzetk\u00f6zi tanulm\u00e1nyainkat, saj\u00e1t tapsztalatainkat a CSR M\u00e1trix Consulting keretein bel\u00fcl adtuk \u00e1t a legk\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151bb ipar\u00e1g k\u00e9pvisel\u0151inek.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sz\u00e1momra is \u00e9rdekes volt &#8211; minden egyes tan\u00e1csad\u00e1si munk\u00e1n\u00e1l- , hogy mennyi mindent lehet tanulni 1-1 c\u00e9g, 1-1 t\u00e9m\u00e1j\u00e1nak behat\u00f3bb megismer\u00e9si folyamat\u00e1ban.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00f3magam is a legk\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151bb ipar\u00e1g vezet\u0151j\u00e9vel dolgoztam egy\u00fctt. P\u00e9nz\u00fcgy, energia, vegyipar, ingatlan, hat\u00f3s\u00e1g, szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s, \u00e9lelmiszeripar, FMCG &#8230;<br \/>\nAz\u00e9rt, hogy hat\u00e9konyabb \u00e9s \u00e1ttekinthet\u0151bb, sikeresebb legyen a c\u00e9g\/szervezet CSR rendszere. Hogy egy \u00faj, sikerre orient\u00e1lt gondolkod\u00e1sm\u00f3dot vegyenek \u00e1t! S ne csak egy kirakat tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gk\u00e9nt tekintsenek erre a ter\u00fcletre. Hanem \u00fagy tekintsenek e ter\u00fcltre, hogy saj\u00e1t \u00e9rdek ezen alpelvek k\u00f6vet\u00e9se. Seg\u00edt a helyi k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gnek a magasabb \u00e9letmin\u0151s\u00e9g el\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n<p>Nagyon sokszor azt lehet tapsztalni, hogy aki a szervezetn\u00e9l felel\u0151s a v\u00e1llalati felel\u0151ss\u00e9g \u00e9s fenntarthat\u00f3s\u00e1g t\u00e9mak\u00f6r\u00e9rt, annak nincs ideje t\u00e1j\u00e9koz\u00f3dni ezen a ter\u00fcleten. Viszont fel kell mutatnia az eredm\u00e9nyeket.
